Constitution Day Celebrations - The Department of Politics and Public Administration (2023-24)
The Department of Politics and Public Administration organized a session for Constitution Day Celebration on 28 th November, 2023. The session was conducted by Mrs. Anita D’Cunha. Mrs. D'Cunha explained the significance of Constitution Day, followed by the recitation of a poem on the Constitution of India composed by a student. Mrs. D'Cunha further highlighted the features of the Indian Constitution, complemented by a brief skit performance by the students, expounding on its vital importance. An engaging quiz session was hosted, evaluating the audience's comprehension of the Constitution. The event was concluded with the recitation of the Preamble and of the National Anthem, marking the end of the program. The purpose of the session was to set a positive precedent for future initiatives aimed at promoting constitutional literacy and civic responsibility.
