The St. Laurn Hotel hosted an engaging cake mixing ceremony tailored specifically for
students from the Centre for Women's Entrepreneurship, with the primary objective of
providing practical insights into teamwork, cultural appreciation, and entrepreneurial event
management. This event was designed to foster hands-on learning experiences, allowing
participants to actively engage in a traditional cake mixing ritual, promoting collaboration
and team-building skills. An interactive session with the hotel's HR manager aimed to impart
valuable knowledge about effective team dynamics, essential for aspiring women
entrepreneurs. The ceremony concluded with a networking session, offering students an
excellent opportunity to connect with industry professionals.
The positive feedback highlighted the success of the event, emphasizing its unique blend of
educational and enjoyable elements. Overall, this ceremony not only enriched participants'
understanding of organizational behaviour but also provided a distinctive perspective on the

attended the session was 16 accompanied by CWE co-ordinator Dr. Rama and Co-cordinator
