“Helpers Day”- Student Council Celebration (2023-2024)
On 20 th February 2024, the Student Council 2023–2024 celebrated Helpers Day at the
Sanctuary Hall with the departmental teachers and the principal in charge Dr. Jaya
Rajagopalan. The celebration of Helpers Day, a day set aside to commemorate the devoted
people who make it possible for our organisation to run smoothly. It was to convey respect
and admiration to the committed staff members who work incredibly hard to support the
college's everyday operations.
Principal in charge, Dr. Jaya Rajagopalan, presented the Sevak and Sevikas with a little token
of appreciation for their contributions, a handwritten note of gratitude, and a handmade paper
flower made by the members. In order to create a lively mood, the Student Council organised
a range of games and entertainment activities to continue the celebration. A special breakfast
was arranged for the Sevak and Sevikas.
A vote of gratitude ended the celebration. Together, heartfelt gestures, entertainment, and
shared meals made for an unforgettable day that acknowledged the workers and improved
relationships between students, teaching staff, and non-teaching staff. The occasion
emphasised how crucial it is to acknowledge and value each person's contributions inside the
college in order to promote a feeling of gratitude and togetherness
