Team Building Activity - Department of Business Studies
A Team Building activity was organized by Dr. Rama Venkat of Dept. of Business Studies on 23/09/2023 from 9am-11am in the AV Room for TY BCOM BE students. A total of 7 teams participated. In all there were 40 student participants. There were six rounds of activities:
- 1) Balancing the Ball
- 2) Passing through the Hula Hoop
- 3) Guess the logos
- 4) Guess the founders
- 5) Newspapers (DIY)
- 6) Tug of War
The Objective of the event was to enhance teamwork by fostering better communication and trust among team members; to improve problem- solving skills and boost team morale, ultimately leading to a more cohesive and effective team. The outcome of the event were the following: Enhanced communication and active listening skills among team members; Improved collaboration and the ability to work together on the given tasks; Elevated team morale and a more positive team dynamic; Enhanced problem- solving abilities and adaptability in challenging situations. It was a very interesting session where students actively participated.
