Department of Psychology- Field visit to KEM TDH Morris Child Development Centre, Pune ( 2023-24)
A Field Visit to KEM TDH Morris Child Development Centre was organized by the Department of Psychology for the SYBA Psychology special students on 5 th September, 2022 from 2.30 to 3.30 pm. A total of 32 students from SYBA went for the visit. The visit highlighted the importance and challenges of working with children and their families on diagnostic and therapeutic services. The panellists highlighted the importance of family and social support during development of the children. The visit included a tour of the facility where they could see the functioning of the testing room, occupational therapy, speech and audio therapy etc. The students actively participated in the session and clarified their queries.
