Guest lecture on "Literature Review for Research Paper Writing " - Department of Accountancy- 2022-2023
The Accountancy Department organized a guest lecture on "Literature Review for Research Paper Writing "for TYBCom and MCom students. The session was conducted by Asst. Prof. Mr. Gilbi John from St. Vincent College of Commerce, Pune on 12 th October 2022 in Room 101 from 12pm to 1pm. The objective of the guest lecture was to learn and clarify doubts on effective literature review and implement researched knowledge in research paper writing.
Mr. Gilbi told the students about the importance of reading and gave a list of different libraries across Pune. He also gave a list of online libraries, portals for research thesis and different websites to refer to for data collection and literature reviews.
It was an enlightening and very informative session; Mr. Gilbi encouraged the students to undertake small research projects and write research papers. The students got an insight into the different methods of literature writing. 80 students attended the session and they were keen to learn more.
