Guest Lecture on "How to craft a Resume" – The Department of Business Studies (2023- 2024)

The Department of Business Studies organised a guest lecture on "How to craft a Resume" on 16th February, 2024 at 10:00 am in the Audio-Visual room. The event catered specifically to S.Y.B.Com students and was led by Ms. Sneha Singh, the Senior Associate of WNS. The session aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to draft effective resumes tailored to their career objectives. Ms. Singh outlined the essential sections of a resume, including contact information, summary or objective statement, work experience, educational qualifications, skills, and additional sections for certifications or volunteer experience. She also mentioned the elements to avoid in a resume to ensure its effectiveness. This session gave the students vital insights to enhance their resume writing skills.
