The Department of Business Studies along with Centre for Women Entrepreneurship – IIC Self Driven Activity organized a guest lecture on ‘A Success Story of a Social Entrepreneur’ on 6 th March 2024. The lecture was conducted by Mrs. Devyani Tamboli, a Social Entrepreneur, she discussed the history of her company and the creation of the "Mitti Hub" brand. Ms. Tamboli spoke on how an idea can be turned into a business and that one should never give up, even when things in business don't seem to be going smoothly. The aim of the lecture was to introduce students to the concept of a business, boost their confidence and encourage them to become entrepreneurs.
