मराठी विभाग - Marathi Day Cultural Program
Marathi Day- Mahotsav Kala, Sanskruti, Sahityacha was celebrated on Thursday, 9 th February 2023 in the College Auditorium from 12.00 p.m. onwards. The theme of the programme was “Maharashtra’s Folk Culture” More than 80 students participated in the programme.
Apart from information on the relevance and significance of Marathi Day various performance were held: Lezim, Ganesh Vandana, Poetry Recitation, Wari, Group dances including Folk dances e.g., Lavani, Gondhal, Mangala Gour, Koli dance were performed. A one-act play, fashion show, and a Group song was also part of the show. The audience was exuberant and lauded the performances by the students.
