Workshop on Employability Skills
A disseminative workshop on Employability Skills was conducted on 2 nd February 2023 to apprise TYBBA and TYBCA students with insights into Social Psychology and Psychometric Testing. The session was conducted by Dr. S. Jayaraman (Ph. D. – AMU, PGDBM – IM, Calcutta ) , ISB&M.
The outcomes of the session were prodigious and proficiency-yielding. Thorough information and understanding were delivered by the representive to endow the students with apt learnings of the psychometric testing including emotional intelligence, organizational behaviour, leadership, affection, control and Inclusion. The session was able to attain interaction and the representatives resolved and guided them regarding all the significant concerns related to their conduct in corporate world.
The audience was enthusiastic and eager to learn and understand more about the concept. The session was able to procure its absolute objective of familiarizing the students with attitude in the corporate world and also explaining psychological behaviour of student. The overall feedback provided for the session was highly satisfactory.
